Pirform 2016.1.1029 - Maintenance Release

A new version of Pirform for BS 7671 Amendment 3 was released on 23rd January 2016. This release focuses on fixing issues caused by pre-release versions prior to 1023 and contains:

Change: improved certificate repair feature.

Change: additional extra logging to trace error with intelligence.

Fix: import, repair and convert caused a crash.
