Pirform 2016.1.1023 - EIC and EICR Improvements

A new version of Pirform for BS 7671 Amendment 3 was released on 20th December 2015. This release contains:

Change: added supply conductors material and CSA to EIC and EICR PDF.

Change: removed protective measures against electric shock from EIC and EICR.

Change: removed key for EICR codes from EIC PDF inspection schedule header.

Fix: now correctly selects engineers with the same name in different companies.

Fix: inconsistent alignment in EIC PDF engineer name.
