We are moving to a new help desk system with immediate effect!

How the new system works

The new system works the same way as before. Just drop an email to our support email address and it will create a ticket in our help desk system. You will get an automated reply to acknowledge the ticket:

Viewing the ticket online

There are links in the email that allow you to view the ticket online.

Clicking on that link takes you to the web portal where you can view and update your ticket:

Creating a Shine Forms Support account

The Shine Forms Help Desk has a separate login from your Shine Forms account. If you have not already signed in then you will see a page that asks y ou to sign in or create an account:
